I don’t have time to write a long entry, but I wanted to park a few links on here to reference later. I found them to be helpful while I was having night time / sleep panic attacks.
Let me just say it’s pretty fucked up to wake up anxious. Seems like when you are sleeping, you should be at your calmest. Not bad dreams (that I’m aware of) just wake up, and boom there’s the freight train of anxiety coming right at you. It seems, from my research, this isn’t a particularly uncommon thing.
