Emotion-focused coping: somatic quieting, deep breathing/square breathing, meditation
Problem-focused coping: if the stressor is something you can change, focus on taking steps to change the situation, task-oriented behaviors
Seek out social support (can be emotion-focused or problem-focused)
Schedule and take part in pleasant activities
Stress is normal.
